Information we collect

Name, phone number, email, service location and vehicle details you provide when you call, submit a form or text us.

How we use it

To dispatch technicians, provide quotes, communicate about your service, and improve our offerings. We do not sell your information.

Website measurement and tracking choices

Where permitted, we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to measure page visits and clicks on call, text and WhatsApp links. Google may receive your IP address, browser and device information, page location, cookie identifiers, and the service, city and link placement associated with a click. These measurements help us understand website performance. Clicking a call link is not proof of a completed call or a booked service. If CallRail is configured, it also receives website visit information for phone-number attribution.

Tracking is blocked in countries where prior consent is required and whenever your region cannot be established. We currently do not ask for consent there. We do not enable customer matching, share contact-form details for advertising, or grant advertising personalization through this installation. Tags added to Google Tag Manager must respect these restrictions. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals.

You can withdraw permission for future measurement on this browser below. We save your refusal locally and apply it to other open tabs; previously collected data is not deleted by this choice. No acceptance is collected on this no-banner setup. A future consent option must record the visitor, date, notice version, purposes, recipients and choices, and retain acceptance evidence if it is later withdrawn.
