Contacting NS Locksmith by phone or through the service request form is a request for service, not a confirmed appointment. Service is subject to technician availability.
Pricing
We explain the service and the estimated price before beginning work. Final pricing may change if the job requires additional parts or work, and we will discuss any change with you before continuing.
Arrival times
Response times depend on traffic, distance and technician availability. Any time given is an estimate, not a guarantee.
Proof of ownership
For vehicle, home and business lock or key work, we may ask for identification and proof that you are authorized to request the service. We may decline service if it cannot be provided.
Vehicle and hardware compatibility
Key cutting and programming availability depends on the specific vehicle or hardware. Some models and lock systems may require dealer or manufacturer service.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless agreed otherwise in advance.
